Personally, I recommend prioritizing getting a good Gnawing Hunger, Death Adder, Breachlight, Dire Promise, and IKELOS_SMG_v1.0.2. Nearly every category has a top tier weapon that can roll with some really potent perks. When it comes to Primary Weapons, there are still quite a few fantastic choices you should hunt down before Beyond Light releases.

If you need something to do during October or just want to efficiently clean out your vault, here are all the legendary weapons not getting sunset this fall. Additionally, every exotic weapon is coming to Beyond Light, so don’t worry about those going away anytime soon. We will not be including any weapons at the Rare tier, simply because they won’t be viable in any real endgame content. To help you decide what to keep, we have compiled a list of every single legendary weapon that is surviving the rotation. This means the weapon pool in Destiny 2 is getting significantly smaller and old favorites like The Recluse will be retired from the PVE scene.

While they will still exist in the world, specific guns cannot be infused higher than the current light cap of 1060. Perhaps the biggest (and most controversial) decision to have a large assortment of weapons not progress with the new expansion. Similar to both Forsaken and Shadowkeep, Beyond Light is going to shake-up the gameplay formula in a few radical ways. Destiny 2: Beyond Light is scheduled to release on November 10th, there’s a lot of hype and anticipation building around this major expansion.
